Chapter I: General provisions
Article 1. Object
The purpose of this Student Regulation is to establish the rules of academic organization, coexistence, discipline and internal functioning applicable to all students enrolled in the training programs taught by EDUGUIDERS, promoting an environment of respect, responsibility, commitment and academic excellence.
Article 2. Scope of application
The provisions contained in these regulations will be mandatory for all students, regardless of the teaching modality, whether in-person, virtual or hybrid, from the moment of registration and throughout their stay at the institution.
When circumstances warrant, the provisions of this regulation will also be observed by tutors, facilitators and other collaborators of EDUGUIDERS in what is compatible with their functions.
Article 3. Mandatory nature
Enrollment in any of the academic programs taught by EDUGUIDERS implies knowledge, acceptance and compliance with these Student Regulations. Ignorance of its provisions does not exempt from compliance or from the consequences derived from non-compliance.
Article 4. Integration with the Contract for the Provision of Educational Services
This regulation constitutes a complementary instrument to the Contract for the Provision of Educational Services signed between EDUGUIDERS and the student.
Consequently, the matters expressly regulated in said contract, including those related to economic conditions, contractual obligations, intellectual property, processing of personal data, termination of the contractual relationship and other legal aspects provided therein, will be governed by the provisions of the aforementioned contract, applying this regulation only to develop the rules of academic operation and institutional coexistence.
Chapter II: Academic life
Article 5. Assistance
Regular attendance at academic activities constitutes an essential element of the training process. Each student is expected to actively participate in classes, workshops, practices and other activities scheduled within the corresponding course.
Repeated absence may affect the proper use of the program, without prejudice to the consequences provided for in the contract when applicable.
Article 6. Punctuality
Students must join academic activities at the schedule established by EDUGUIDERS. Late entry may be restricted when it affects the normal development of the class or interrupts the learning process of the other participants.
Article 7. Justification of absences
When a student cannot attend an academic activity, they must promptly inform EDUGUIDERS through official communication channels.
The simple justification of an absence does not automatically generate the right to recover the corresponding academic activity, unless the institution so authorizes it in accordance with the nature of the program and academic availability.
Article 8. Recovery of classes
When academic conditions allow, EDUGUIDERS may organize mechanisms to recover content or activities for those students who, for justified reasons, have not been able to attend a class.
The modality, date and scope of said recoveries will be determined exclusively by the institution, based on academic and internal organization criteria.
Article 9. Academic participation
Each student is expected to maintain a participatory attitude during the development of academic activities, intervening in a respectful manner, collaborating with their classmates and taking advantage of the learning spaces offered by the institution.
Article 10. Evaluations and activities
The purpose of evaluations, projects, practices and other academic activities will be to measure the student's progress within the program taken.
Each program may establish particular evaluation criteria, which will be informed in a timely manner at the beginning of the course by the corresponding tutor or facilitator.
Chapter III: Rules of conduct and coexistence
Article 11. Mutual respect
EDUGUIDERS promotes a learning environment based on respect, tolerance and collaboration. All students must maintain respectful behavior towards their classmates, tutors, facilitators, collaborators and any person who participates in institutional activities.

Chapter IV: Use of facilities, resources and platforms
Article 16. Use of facilities
Students must responsibly use classrooms, laboratories, furniture and other spaces intended for the development of academic activities, ensuring their conservation and good condition. Any damage caused by improper use may generate the application of the measures provided for in this regulation, without prejudice to the responsibilities established in the contract or in the applicable legislation.
Article 17. Use of technological equipment
The equipment, devices and technological resources provided by EDUGUIDERS must be used exclusively for academic purposes. Its use will not be allowed for illegal, offensive or unrelated activities to the teaching process.

Article 20. Recording and dissemination of content
Unless expressly authorized by EDUGUIDERS, the recording, reproduction, distribution or dissemination of classes, teaching materials or any content developed within the academic programs will not be permitted.
This provision seeks to protect the privacy of the participants and the proper development of academic activities, without prejudice to the rules on intellectual property provided for in the Contract for the Provision of Educational Services.
Chapter V: Disciplinary regime
Article 21. Disciplinary principles
The disciplinary measures applied by EDUGUIDERS will have a formative nature and will seek to preserve order, coexistence and the proper development of academic activities. Any decision will be made considering the nature of the conduct, its severity, the circumstances in which it occurred, and the student's background.
